Our favourite thing to do at a EMPT party is catching up with Popettes after one too many tequila shots. Over some of our last few shows, including the after-party to the splendid After Hours Social Club by Sole Superior & Suave Cartel Media, we chatted up a few characters and posed them with some nonsensical questions.

Read on to figure out what the intoxicated Gina, Tom, Joyce, Vin & Ben had to say!

GINA

Have you ever eaten something from off the floor?
Yes, fries. NEVER.GIVE.UP.FRIES. Doesn't matter what floor I won't ever give it up except maybe the toilet but I won't drop fries in the toilet I think?

If you could, would you have a personal trainer, personal chef, housekeeper, or personal glam squad?
Personal chef, yes please.

Which fruit do you think would be most disappointed by the name we gave it?
Wax apple, sounds artificial but one of the best fruits ever.

Are there any musical artists that you think are underrated?
Matt champion, the new albums are so good. One of my favs this year.

What’s the nastiest thing you’ve done while drunk?
I was drunk on the train once and I really wanted to vomit. I started to calculate how to NOT be a menace cos I wanted to be a good citizen and so I held it in but was extremely close.

Personal Mixologist/Bartender. I’m always thirsty and would love a unique drink every now & then.

Which fruit do you think would be most disappointed by the name we gave it?
Durian, sounds cute but far from it…

Are there any musical artists that you think are underrated?
The muppets treasure island was a masterpiece. Muppets Christmas carol.

Have you ever eaten something from off the floor?
Yes, off the office CARPET floor which is the worst?!!! It was the ham from my sandwich, it fell out so I just blew the dust off then I ate it…. 3 second rule ALWAYS.

If you could, would you have a personal trainer, personal chef, housekeeper, or personal glam squad?
Housekeeper, but they gotta be a hot butler under 35.

Which fruit do you think would be most disappointed by the name we gave it?
Pear, because it sounds absolutely mundane and boring as shit and only basic ppl like it.

Sir sly & Glass Animals

Do you still buy records and CDs?
No. Unless someone can fix my Sony discman 1998. Anyone?

What’s the nastiest thing you’ve done while drunk?
I drank a glass of gin cos I thought it was water but I spat it out back into the glass and… my friend drank it. So who's nasty?!??

Yes, I’m a strong believer of the 5 second rule of everything!!!!!

Personal chef, cos Bak Chor mee!!! Mee kia please.

Which fruit do you think would be most disappointed by the name we gave it?
Kiwi, cos I think it needs a better name than a fucking kiwi, it doesn't make sense.

Idles fucking underrated they are fantastic, Against Me!

Yesssssss all the time, in my own house I built a console just for vinyl.

Yesssss, alot of things, too many things. I don't think I can answer this in Singapore…

Chef would be dope but glam squad cos why not????!!!!

Which fruit do you think would be most disappointed by the name we gave it?
Maybe an orange, like why? Its obvious of course I'm a fucking orange.

I'm sad that I only buy them as gifts.

What’s the nastiest thing you’ve done while drunk?
Maybe not nasty but I broke my foot tryna do the worm, I tried it for 16 hours and obviously it didn't work out
