Hello Monday! Here are our music picks for the week.

Manic Street Preachers – “International Blue”
The Manics recently released their lead single “International Blue” for the upcoming album, Resistance Is Futile, and this track is the band back to their mighty best that takes us back to the heavy riffs and maximum energy of Generation Terrorists.

Paramore – “Rose-coloured Boy”
“Rose-coloured Boy” was one of our favourite tracks off Paramore’s After Laughter album last year. Also featured in the Poptart-008 mixtape, a video of the single was released last week. Sticking to the 80s charm, it tells the story of television hosts who seem to have problems off-screen and it, well, ends with them rocking the shit out out the tv studio.

U.S. Girls – “Rosebud”
Meg Remy, the lead of Canadian band U.S Girls, has released the fifth track from their upcoming album In a Poem Unlimited. The video is filled with some charming singing and dancing birds, and the track is a lovely disco-ey mid-tempo groover that gives us a little urge to pull shapes to!
