Local Motion Spotlight: Bakers in Space, hauste, Jojo

by | 17 Sep, 2017 | Magazine, Music

This week we feature three more acts set to take the stage during this weekend’s Local Motion festival.

Bakers In Space – ‘Fools & Liars’
Released earlier this year, ‘Fools & Liars’ is taken from Bakers In Space’s EP Implosions. A track that has traces of Arctic Monkeys, ‘Fools & Liars’ is energetic, fun, and packs a heavy delightful punch!

hauste – ‘Going Home’
The talented foursome, hauste’s math rock roots shines brightly in their single ‘Going Home’- a feel-good track filled with some nerd-worthy time signatures and complex chord progressions. hauste is definitely a band to watch for and if ‘Going Home’ is any indication of the band’s potential, we can’t wait to hear their follow ups.

Jojo – ‘Punching III’ mixtape
Another fresh face in the clubbing spheres, Jojo caught our attention with this mixtape. Filled with some indie and electronic gems, Jojo blends a joyous array of tracks that gives us some boogie-worthy excitement.

Bakers in Space, hauste & Jojo will perform at Local Motion on 23 September 2017 at Fort Gate.
